We use the details you send to respond to your enquiry, plan the requested solar work and prepare related quotes, invoices and service records.
Enquiries and email
Your contact details, property information and message are stored in our private office system on Cloudflare. Authorised staff can access these records. We retain business correspondence and job records for service and record-keeping needs.
Website visits
We record page visits, referral websites and device categories to understand website usage. A private visitor log also records IP address, browser information and approximate location supplied by Cloudflare. Detailed visitor logs are retained for up to 30 days. We do not use this log to identify you by name.
Loading and storage
This site may cache public images and video on your device to make scrolling and repeat visits faster. Enquiry submissions and private office records are not stored in that public media cache.
